Imran Farooq shared with the audience simple ways to get your message read and actions taken as a result.
Customer experience is everything.
The least customers online are looking for the same experience as they’d get face to face.
I was draw in by their print brochure which I’ve had kicking around the office for the last 10 days. Finding a moment to go online (the middle of the night) I am furher impressed by the online experience.
See, I’ve been hooked
(and print has had its place, alongside old fashioned face-to-face).
Viewing sample gobbets, or vignetters, or ‘re-usable learning objects’ online convinces me.
Now it’s a case of looking at dates and enrolling.
A means to an end?
As I finish the MA in Open & Distance Education my goal is to be producing for others, or myself, substantial e-learning product. This is part of the mix I require to succeed.
Is it part of my Personal Development Plan?
It is the heat from this ascending spiral that is my motivation; the fire in my belly, the anxiety and desire of an undergraduate on the Milk Round.
