Open Learn should be seen as a gift from those who are being denied the opportunity of school, college, university of continual professional development rather than a bonus to those who have or have had all of these. i.e. Open Learn in Secondary and Tertiary Education in developing countries. Keeping it simple, even down to TXT levels on mobile phones.
