You would ask! I am being honest. Injabe no idea why at 3:05am on are to answer this prompt. And ‘sausages’ shows my flippant frame of mind.
I am not thinking about a sausage, per se, or the desire to eat them. I doubt in ear meat more often than once a month, and a sausage, a dark shop bought Cumberland sausage or chipolatta.
Rather, I am thinking of a TV clip which was aired on Esther Rantzen’s ‘This is Life’ in 1979, in which a terrier appears to mutter ‘sausages’ or ‘sosages’.
At school, of course, everyone was going around muttering sausages like the Yorkshire Terrier from TV.
